FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Should I consult with a doctor before joining a Boot Camp?
A: Yes, you are advised to consult with a physician before starting this or any other exercise program.
This is very important if you have any preexisting medical conditions.

Q: How difficult will boot camp be for me?
A: It's not like a regular gym class where everyone is doing the same thing. Everyone is pushed at his/her own level,
is kind of like sharing a personal trainer with a group of people.

Q: What does each class consists of?
A: We do a variety of Cardiovascular and Weight Bearing activities in each 60 minute session. Each class will be
different, so you can know what to expect when you get to class. Some examples will be: scaled down military
techniques, sports specific exercises, obstacle courses, search and find missions, free weights, resistance bands,
balance and core strengthening, etc.

Q: When does next Boot Camp start?
A: Contact us to register for the next Boot Camp: Call (949) 500-7419 or toll free: (800) 414-8070 Email us at:
bfmbootcamp@aol.com

Q: What are the packages?
A: Each Boot Camp is 6 weeks long, and we offer a three (3) day M-W-F per week & a five (5) day M-F per week.

Q: What is the cost?
A: That varies depending on the location that we set up. The cost ranges from around $279-$379 per 6 week session,
that's a total of 18-30 classes depending on the package being offered & the one you sign up for.

Q: What if I need to travel during the time my Boot Camp is running?
A: We will talk about your lifestyle during the initial consultation, and determine how many days to add to the package
so that your travel time is accounted for. We don't want anyone to miss out on their workouts!  That's why, we will
assign workouts to you so that you can stay on track with your goals.

Q: What if I get sick or miss a class during the time my package is running?
A:  We really want you to make up the classes as you go. This keeps you on track with your goals. If an extreme
illness occurs, we may allow you to make up some of days during the very next Boot Camp.  We don't want to take
any time away from you!

Q: Being that Boot Camp is outdoors, what happens when it rains?
A: Boot Camp is held rain, sleet, snow or shine! We want you to get into the habit of NOT letting the weather dictate if
you can work out or not. Lucky for us, living in Southern CA allows us the pleasure of not having to worry about rain
and other storms too often. However, if there's a severe storm in the forecast that's scheduled to be around for a few
days -- we will make alternate plans indoors.

Q: How do I sign up?
A: We set up a meet time with you, where we consult before you register, at which we talk to you about your goals,
evaluate your fitness level and do a body fat analysis & measurements. We then tell you more about our program and
how it can help you reach your goals.

Q: What if I want/need personal training in addition to the outdoor fitness class?
A: We will evaluate this need prior to the start of your Boot Camp and work out a program that is just for you based on
your needs. You can do Boot Camp, Personal Training, or combined the two. We will do whatever is necessary in
order for you to realize your goals.
