PARTICIPANTS: All healthy minors (10-15 years old) with signed wavier/consent forms. WHEN: After school classes meets three (3) days per. week for a four (4) week session. Days Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday Times Fee 3:15pm–4:15pm $159.00 DESCRIPTION: This outdoor exercise class teaches the basic principles of strength, speed, agility & cardiovascular training to your 10-15 year old. Youth Fitness Camp Training for Pre-Teens/Teens provides a positive and encouraging environment for your child and specifically geared toward all sports/activities. Exercise made fun is what kids call this program! Youth Fitness Camp offers an enormous range of opportunities and challenges specifically designed to foster your child’s physical development. It will help your child develop total body awareness and balance at a time when such development can most easily and completely be imprinted for life. Youth Fitness Camp FALL 2011 Schedule 1st Session: SEPT. 13 to OCT. 6 2nd Session: OCT. 11 to NOV. 3 3rd Session: NOV. 8 to DEC. 1 WHERE: Ladera Ranch, Mission Viejo and Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel INSTRUCTOR(S): Experienced qualified team members of The Body Fitness Mechanics.
